Orders placed via the Website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including for stock unavailability or pricing errors. Confirmation occurs upon email dispatch.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR, inclusive of 19% VAT where applicable, but exclude shipping unless stated. Payment is processed securely via accepted methods like credit cards or bank transfers. We may adjust prices without notice but honor confirmed orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Products ship from our warehouses via standard carriers. Delivery times are estimates; delays do not entitle cancellation unless specified. Risk passes upon handover to the carrier. International orders may incur duties.

Product Quality and Natural Variations

Natural stone products exhibit variations in color, texture, markings, and veins due to geological nature. No two pieces are identical; samples are indicative only. Inspect upon delivery; claims for defects must be reported within 7 days.

Returns and Refunds

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right from delivery, returning unused goods at their cost (excluding custom or cut-to-size items). Refunds process within 14 days of return receipt. Faulty goods claims follow statutory warranty periods.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price. We disclaim responsibility for indirect losses, improper installation, or misuse. Products sold as-is for natural characteristics.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes resolve in Frankfurt am Main.
